These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 9Lemonz mobile application, website(s), and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by HEALTHINNOVATEHERS LIMITED (“9Lemonz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in Ireland with its registered office at 2nd Floor The Mill, Greenmount Industrial Estate, Harolds Cross, Dublin 12, Ireland.
By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using the Service in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and HEALTHINNOVATEHERS LIMITED. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

If you sign in using a third-party service (e.g., Apple, Google, Facebook), you authorise that provider to share certain information with us (such as your name and email address) to create and manage your account. Your use of the third-party sign-in service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe that:
The Service allows you to post, submit, store, and share content including text, images, comments, reactions, and poll responses (“User Content”). You retain any ownership rights you hold in your User Content as between you and us.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your User Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Service.

The community features allow you to post anonymously. When you post anonymously, your name, profile photo, and identifying information are not displayed to other users. However, we retain a private association between anonymous posts and your account for moderation and safety purposes. Anonymous posts are subject to the same Community Guidelines and moderation processes as identified posts.
The Service may integrate with Apple HealthKit on iOS and Health Connect on Android to read and write health and wellness data with your explicit permission. By enabling these integrations, you acknowledge and agree that:
The Service includes AI-powered features such as personalised insights, symptom pattern analysis, daily affirmations, and content recommendations. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
The Service offers premium features through auto-renewable subscription plans (3-month, 6-month, and yearly). Subscription details, including pricing and features, are presented at the time of purchase.
Subscription payments on iOS are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. By subscribing on iOS, you agree that:
Subscription payments on Android are managed by Stripe. By subscribing on Android, you agree that:
If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial expires in accordance with the applicable platform or billing flow. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next subscription period following the date of the price change. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the new price.
If you are a consumer residing in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital content purchases. If you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins, the withdrawal right may no longer apply. For iOS purchases, follow Apple’s cancellation and refund process. For Android purchases managed by Stripe, follow the applicable cancellation and refund process presented in the relevant billing flow, subject to your mandatory legal rights.
The Service, including all software, code, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, data compilations, and other materials (“Service Materials”), is owned by HEALTHINNOVATEHERS LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicence, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.
If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into the Service without any obligation or compensation to you.
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party platforms, services, or content, including but not limited to Apple HealthKit, Health Connect, Google Fit, Stripe, and external educational resources.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to their app distribution platforms and may enforce these Terms against you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of data or insights.
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HEALTHINNOVATEHERS LIMITED, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any:

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HEALTHINNOVATEHERS LIMITED, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer residing in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions and protections of the laws of your country of residence.
Subject to the consumer protections below, the courts of Dublin, Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, governmental actions, or acts of war.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and HEALTHINNOVATEHERS LIMITED regarding your use of the Service.
By using the Service, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically. You agree that all notices and communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
